Ingredients
- 500g Beef
- 100g Brocolli
- 100g Green beans
- 2 cloves of Garlic
- Ginger
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Method
- Cut up broccoli and green beans.
- Heat up saucepan with water. Boil broccoli and green beans for 3 mins.
- Make beef marinade using soy sauce, oyster sauce, ginger, garlic, pepper, salt and sugar. Cut up beef into thin strips. Marinate beef for at least 15 mins.
- Add olive oil to wok. Cook beef until half done before adding in vegetables. Serve with rice!
