Ingredients
- beef and veggies
- 1 tbsp of Rice bran oil, 2 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of oyster sauce, 1/2 tbsp of white pepper, a pinch of salt, 1 tbsp of cooking sake
- 30g of beef and 30g of veggies
Method
- Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces.
- marinade the beef with Rice bran oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, white pepper, salt, cooking sake
- in a small pan, heat 1 tbsp of oil.
- Stir-fry the beef for 2 minutes first, then add the vegetables and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
