Ingredients
- Beef slices
- ABC sauce
- Brown sugar
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Soy sauce
- Gotchujang paste
- Rice
- Frozen madu for a side (ban Chan)
- Lettuce leaves for wrapping
- Kimchi to taste
- Kewpie Mayo to taste
- Sesame oil
- Lettuce
Method
- Marinade brown sugar, garlic, ginger, abc sauce, gotchujang, soy sauce, sesame oil and beef in fridge however long as possible
- Cool beef in a frypan for 10-15mins while rice cooks with a splash of sesame oil in the water
- Fry bottom of mandu in the same pan and leave to steam for 5 mins with lid covering
- Bring everything together with kewpie mayo and kimchi to serve, use the lettuce leaves as wraps for your rice, bulgugi and kimchi.
