Ingredients
- 300 gr beef steak
- 15ml oil
- 1 onion
- 1 large carrot
- 2 potatoes
- 2 celery sticks
- Salt and pepper
- Soy sauce
- Aromatic jasmine rice
- Bok choy
- S&B’s golden curry
- Garlic paste
Method
- Pan-fry: Heat the oil, add tea spoon of garlic paste and add diced beef steak until golden brown. Then take out aside.
- Veggie prep: dice the carrot, potatoes, onion and celery chunky and stir-fry them with veggie oil and season with salt, pepper for 5-6min and add previously fried beef. Fry for another 5-6min. Add 300ml warer and cover. Cook another 15min. At last, add 2/3 of golden curry and cook 5 more minutes.
- Cook jasmine rice with cinnamon stick, cardamom and 5pcs of cloves,
