Ingredients
- 3 sheets of Seaweed
- 500g Beef roast cooked and chopped
- 2 Broccoli
- 1 Red capsicum
- 1 onion
- Shallots
- Zucchini
- 1/2 Garlic glove
- 4 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tsp Rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbs Cooking oil
- Freshly made noodles
- Mushrooms
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
Method
- Heat oil in a large wok, sauté onions and garlic
- Chop all the vegetables and add it to the wok, cook until soft.
- Mix the oyster sauce, rice wine vinegar and soy sauce and add to the wok
- Mix in the beef and chopped seaweed and heat until hot.
- Lastly add the freshly made noodles and mix until warm. Serve and garnish with extra seaweed
