Ingredients
- 250g Sliced Beef Fillet
- 2 tbsp Cooking Wine
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1/2 tbsp Chicken Powder
- 1/2 tsp White Pepper
- 2 tbsp Spicy Black Bean Sauce
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Green Capsicum
- 227g Valcom Water Chestnuts
- 1 Brown Onion
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Cup Medium Grain Rice
- 1 tbsp Sunflower Oil
Method
- Marinate the sliced beef fillet for 3 hours in cooking wine, soy sauce, sesame oil, chicken powder and white pepper.
- Chop the onion and green capsicum into large chunks.
- Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves.
- Stir fry the sliced beef fillet in a wok and then put to one side.
- Stir fry the onion, green capsicum and garlic in sunflower oil until starting to brown.
- Add the sliced beef fillet back to the wok and stir in spicy black bean sauce and extra soy sauce.
- Serve with white rice
