Ingredients
- Beef chuck steak- 600 gm floured
- Onion
- 1/2 jar of Valcom Massaman curry paste
- 400 ml coconut cream
- Cinnamon stick, star anise, 200 mls of vegetable stock, chilli , kaffir lime leaves
- Green beans
- Peanuts
Method
- Throw everything into a slow cooker except the beans and cook for 10 hrs on low- scoop the excess oil off top after cooking
- Cook beans when curry is ready to al dente
- Serve with coriander , chilli, extra peanuts, limes, tomatoes and green beans
- Serve with Jasmine rice
