
Ingredients
- 2x packets of 200g udon noodles
- Sauce1/4 cup oyster sauce1/2 cup light soy sauce2 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
- 500g ribeye beef steak1x red capsicum, sliced1x medium onion, sliced2x medium carrots, sliced into batons1/4 white cabbage, sliced1 tbsp grated ginger2 tbsp chopped garlic 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Method
- Blanch the udon noodles with hot water for 1 minutesto loosen them. Drain and rinse with cold water and set it aside.
- Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl, whisk and set it aside.
- Heat the large pan or wok to medium-high heat, add 2 tablespoon of oil, stir fry the beef slices for 2-3 minutes. Push the beef to one side, add onion, carrots, cabbage and capsicum, then stir fry for another 2minutes. Add garlic and onion slices and stir. Cook for another 1 minute, then add in udon noodles and sauce. Toss well to cover. Add in roasted sesame seeds.
- Top with Kewpie Roasted Sesame Japanese Dressing and Kewpie Mayonnaise to taste and serve.
