Ingredients
- Hakubaku udon noodles
- 1 tbsp neutral oil
- 500g beef tender fillet
- 8 florets broccoli
- 1 can champignon mushrooms
- 125g sugar snap peas
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp shaoxing wine (optional)
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Method
- Slice beef fillet in thin slices, season.
- Prepare Hakubaku udon noodles according to packet instructions (boil for 8 mins for stir fry).
- In a medium pan / skillet, heat the neutral oil and sesame oil.
- Add garlic once pan has heated and saute for 1-2 mins to release garlic flavour.
- Add beef and stir fry until just light brown (approx 5mins).
- Add oyster sauce and light soy sauce, all vegetables and stir fry to combine (approx 2-3 mins).
- Transfer to serving bowls and enjoy warm!
