
Ingredients
- 400g ready to eat Udon Noodles
- 2 teas olive oil
- 1 teas sesame oil
- 400g extra Lean pork sliced thinly
- 2 medium onions sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 medium yellow capsicum & 1/2 red capsicum sliced
- 2 medium carrots sliced thinly
- 225g Valcom Bamboo Shoot Slices
- 1 bunch baby bok choy sliced
- 1/3 cup oyster sauce
- 1/3 cup water
- Course ground black pepper
- Sesame seeds toasted
Method
- Heat some combined oil in wok
- Stir fry pork in batches until lightly browned and remove
- Heat more oil in wok
- Stir-fry onion and garlic for a few minutes
- Then add carrot and cook until softening
- Then add capsicum, bamboo shoots and bok choy and cook until bok choy is wilted
- Poor boiling water onto noodles and stand for 4 minutes
- Return pork with noodles, sauce and water to wok, cook stirring until heated through
- Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top and serve
