Ingredients
- 300g Raw Prawns, 1.25 bags fresh Ho Fun Rice noodles, 1 Brown Onion, 1/4 Large Red Capsicum, 3 whisked Eggs, 250g Bean Sprouts, 1.5tsp Fish sauce, 1.5tsp sugar, 1 spring onion sliced lengthways, 20ml Rice Bran Oil, 20gms crush peanuts, 1.5 Jars Valcom Pad Thai Stir-fry paste, 1 fresh lime, 1 red chilli finely sliced(optional)
Method
- Fry Onions and prawns over med/high heat till prawns colour, add 1 jar Valcom Pad Thai paste and stir, add red Capsicum, Fish sauce and sugar, stir 30 secs, add Ho Fun noodles and gently fold prawns and sauce through, push noodles to side and add eggs to pan and fold through Pad Thai, add 1/2 jar Pad Thai sauce, 1/2 spring onions and been sprouts and gently fold through, Serve immediately and top with crushed peanuts, sprinkle of spring onions, fresh chilli(opt) and good squeeze of fresh lime - Enjoy
