Ingredients
- Broccoli, prawn, mussels
- 1 tbsp neutral oil
- 1 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp Lee Kim Kee oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp Kewpie roasted sesame
- 1 tbsp cornstarch powder
Method
- Steam broccoli for 1 minute
- Heat oil in a wok or pan
- Sauté garlic , prawns and mussels
- Add Lee Kim Kee oyster sauce and broccoli
- Add diluted corn starch powder with water and add 2 tablespoons of Kewpie roasted sesame,done. Ready to eat
