Ingredients
- 400g beef minced
- 4 brioche
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 tomato sliced
- 1 dill minced
- 1/4 Japanese mayo
- 1/8 ketchup
- 1/8 American mustard
Method
- Make the patties, 100g each, then cook
- Slice up the onion and tomatoes. Add onions on water for 5 mins if you want the onions to taste less pungent.
- Mix the sauce, dill, mustard, Japanese mayo and ketchup
