Ingredients
- Chicken
- Oniom Carrot Peas Capsicum
- Water 550ml and 1bsp oil and sesame oil
- Golden Curry mix product
Method
- Stir fry meat and vegetables with oil for 5 mins in a large pan
- Add water and bring to boil, then simmer 15 mins
- Add Golden Curry mix in pieces stirring until melted and simmer 5 mins.Serve with rice
