Ingredients
- Pork scotch fillet
- Lee Kum Kee char siu sauce
- Tablespoon honey
- Snow peas
- Sugar snap peas
- Bok choy
- Ginger
Method
- Mix 240g char soy sauce with one tablespoon honey. Mix through pork and marinate for one hour
- Slice veggies to taste
- Place marinated pork on a rack and bake for 28 minutes at 220c fan forced.
- Steam veggies
- Serve
