Ingredients
- Chicken Brest Fillets 400g, diced
- 2 tbs olive oil
- Mashrooms 250g sliced
- Red capsicums 2 sliced
- Cokonut creeam 400ml
- Squid fish souce 2tbs
- Valcom Authentic Thai Red Curry Paste 105g
- Sugar 1 tbs
Method
- Stir fry Valcom Red Curry Paste with 2 tbsp of oil until fragrant.
- Add diced chicken, mushrooms, coconut cream, Squid fish sauce, sugar and cook over high heat for 2 minutes.
- Add sliced capsicum and chilli (optional) and cook on medium heat until tender.
- Serve with rice and fresh mint leaves on top.
