Ingredients
- Half a jar Valcom authentic Thai laska paste
- 1 tbsp oil
- 200g chicken breast
- 50g raw green prawns
- 1 tbsp squid sauce
- Hand full bean sprouts
- 200ml coconut milk
- 190ml water
- 100g egg noodles
Method
- Preheat a pan of water and bring to boil place egg noodles into the pot and cook for approximately 5 minutes
- On low heat in a wok place a table spoon of oil and half a jar of laska paste, stir fry untill fragrant.
- Add the chicken, stirfry untill cooked
- Add 1 cup (200ml) of coconut milk and 190ml of water, 1tbsp squid sauce
- Add green prawns turn up the heat and bring to boil for 2mins.
- Place small handful of noodles into a deep bowl. Top with laska soup
- Optional garnish with bean sprouts, coriander leaves and a wedge of lime
- Optional if you love soup for additional soup I recommend doubling the laska paste,coconut milk and water the protein and noodles take up a large portion of the bowl 😀
