Ingredients
- Table spoon of obento mirin seasoning for cooking
- 1 egg
- 200 grams chopped cooked chicken
- Half a liter of chicken stock
- 1 can of creamed corn
- Garlic paste 1 teaspoon and dash of salt
- 1 table spoon of light soy if required
Method
- Heat the chicken stock in pan or slow coocker pot
- Add the chicken and creamed corn garlic paste salt and soy and bring to boil
- The crack an egg and stir with a fork until egg is cooked - then serve
