Ingredients
- 240 grams Valcom Pad Thai Paste
- 250 grams Chicken
- 150 grams Firm Tofu (cooked/fried)
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
- 200 grams bean sprouts
- 1 cup spring onions cut into 3 cm
- 1 cup carrots cut into 3 cm strips
- 1 brown onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- Cooking oil
- 250 grams rice noodles sticks (cooked as stated in packet)
- 1/3 cup crushed peanuts
- Lime for serving
Method
- In a large pan or wok, add cooking oil and saute garlic and onion until soft
- Add chicken cook until brown then add carrots and cook for 1-2 minutes
- Add the Valcom Pad thai paste, fish sauce and brown sugar, mix until well combined
- Add bean sprouts, spring onion, cooked tofu and toss in cooked rice noodles and peanuts (precooked as stated in the packet), mix well until combined and the sauce is fully incorporated with the noodles
- Serve with beansprouts, peanuts and slice of lime in the side
