Ingredients
- Basmati rice, sliced carrots, zucchini, celery, capsicum, spring onions, water chestnuts, broccollini
- Sesame oil, olive oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, curry powder, sweet chili sauce, soysauce,
- Half of a chicken fillet
Method
- Cook chicken in olive oil and sesame oil for about two minutes, take out and put it in a separate bowl, cook rice in microwave for about 10minutes, cook vegetables in wok for 10minutes, add chicken back to wok for about 2minutes
- Place rice in a bowl, then dish chicken and vegetables on top of the rice, add a little bit of soy sauce
