Ingredients
- Sushi rice, mirin, sushi seaweed, kewpie mayo, soy sauce
Method
- Cook rice
- Mix the mirin with the cooked rice
- Mix the rice, Wrap the sushi rice with seaweed after put in the chicken ( mix kewpie in it) and avocado
- Wrap tight with seaweed mat and put tiny water towards the end of seaweed to seal the sushi
- Cut the sushi to quarter
- Plate and ready to eat with kewpie mayo and soy sauce
