Ingredients
- Rice
- Chicken schnitzel
- Potato
- Onion
- S&B Golden Curry
- Water
- Sunflower oil
Method
- Wash the rice.Start cooking rice in rice cooker and start cooking chicken schnitzels in oven.
- Chop up onion and potatoes
- Heat oil in pot, then put the onion and potato in and cook in oil for 5 mins.
- Then add water (500ml), bring to the boil. Then turn down to a simmer and cook for 15 mins.
- Turn heat off, add the curry blocks and stir til they dissolve. Once dissolved, turn heat back on to a simmer for 5 mins, stirring continuously.
- Serve rice, chicken schnitzel (cut up), and Curry mix in a bowl.
