Ingredients
- Chicken Schnitzel Pack (10)
- Fresh Stir Fry Mix
- White Rice
- Oil
- Japanese Mayo
- Obentu Tonkatsu Sauce
Method
- Cook Schnitzel as per packet directions.
- While chicken is cooking, cook rice as per packet directions.
- Preheat oil in a pan over medium/high heat.
- Add stir fry vegetables to pan and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Once chicken is cooked, slice into 1-2cm wide strips.
- Place chicken, rice and stir-fry on a plate and serve with mayonnaise and Tonkatsu Sauce to taste
