- 2 Chicken Breast Fillets
- Asian Salad Mix
- One to Tonkatsu Sauce
- Kewpie Mayo
- 2 Eggs
- Breadcrumbs
- White flour
Method
- Halve chicken breasts
- Crumb the chicken by coating in flour, eggs and then breadcrumbs
- Shallow fry the chicken in olive oil
- Serve with the Asian salad mix
- Top chicken with Japanese mayonnaise and Obent Tonkatsu sauce
