Ingredients
- 600g hokkien noodles
- 1 tbsp peanut oil
- 750g chicken tenderloins, halved
- 200g button mushrooms, sliced thickly
- 200g flat mushrooms, sliced thickly
- 200g Swiss brown mushrooms, sliced thickly
- 3 green onions, sliced thinly
- 2tbsp hot chilli sauce
- 1/2 cup oyster sauce
Method
- Cover noodles with boiling water in a heat proof dish. Drain once tender
- Heat half the oil in a wok. Stir-fry chicken, until just cooked through. Set aside
- Heat half the oil in a wok. Stir-fry mushrooms, until just cooked through.
- Return chicken to the wok with the noodles, onions and sauces. Stir through until heated.
