Chicken Pad Thai

Ingredients
- 500g minced chicken
- 1 tsp oil
- Half jar Valvom Pad Thai paste
- 1 chopped onion
- Tsp each garlic and ginger
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 cup chopped firm tofu
- 200g rice noodles , boiled as per packet
- 1 tbl oyster sauce
- Garnish, peanuts and coriander

- VALCOM - PAD THAI PASTE
Method
- Fry onion, garlic, ginger.
- Add Pad Thai paste
- Add minced chicken, break up, until cooked
- Add remaining ingredients, including boiled noodles.
- Serve in bowl, garnish with crushed peanuts and chopped coriander
