- Chicken breast fillets crumb coated
Method
- Bake the chicken in oven.
- Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in pan. Add onions , cook until tender, add garlic sauté for min and add pasta sauce and spices ( paprika)and sugar. Cook for 5 mins on medium heat. Turn off the gas and add mayo and sauce is ready.
- Remove chicken when ready, put sauce and cheese on top, grill it until cheese is golden brown. Enjoy it with salad 😋
