Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken Mince
- 1 bunch coriander, roughly chopped
- 4 x spring onions, finely chopped
- 1 tin Vacon water chestnuts, roughly chopped
- 1 egg
- Fresh ginger
- Rice paper rolls
- Salt
- White pepper
- Soya sauce
- Stock powder
Method
- Roughly chop coriander, spring onion, ginger, water chestnuts and combine with egg and chicken mince in a large bowl. Add seasoning - white pepper, salt, soya sauce. Feel free to add in other yummy things here.
- Moisten rice paper roll sheets, fill with the chicken mix and steam for 10 minutes
- Assemble a light broth with the stock of your choice, soya sauce and other seasoning if you wish (sambal, sesame oil, black vinegar)
- Serve 4 rolls in bowl and ladle stock on top
