Ingredients
- Mirin, soy sauce, sugar to make yakitori sauce
- 3 tb spoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon mirin, dash of yakitori sauce and pinch of sugar
- Seaweed, chicken and spring onion and udon noodles
Method
- Remove fats and cut up chicken thigh to skewer sizeCut up 2 inch stalks of spring onion to skewer Oven set to grill for 200cPre season with salt and olive oil on both sidesWhile grilling on one side bast with yakitori sauce after 8 mins turn over and let it grill for3 mins then baste again and let it cook for another 2 minutes
- To make the sauce combine Mirin, soy sauce, sugar to make yakitori sauce
