Ingredients
- 1kg chicken
- Olive oil
- Mix veg of your choice
- Mushrooms
- Garlic butter
- 2 jars of Lee Kum Kee teriyaki sauce
- Cooled Rice to serve
Method
- Cook chicken untill just under cooked, remove chicken and cook mushrooms to your liking,Add the rest of the stir fry veg mox and cook untill soft, Add chicken and sauce and mix wellSimmer for aroumd 15/20 minutes umtill sauce thickens ,Add rice to a plate and top with stirfry
