Ingredients
- Chicken
- Olive oil
- Green beans
- Corn
- Carrot
- Hakubaku Udon noodles
Method
- Dice and brown chicken breast in a pan
- Once chicken is brown add Lee Kim Kee Teriyaki sauce
- Simmer for 3 minutes and stir before adding corn, shredded carrot and green beans
- Stir pan for 2 minutes then turn heat to low to simmer
- Boil water, add Hakubaku udon noodles. Cook for approx. 5 minutes then strain water
- Plate up noodles then stir fry on top. Garnish with diced cherry tomatoes
