Ingredients
- 2 Carrots
- 2 Potato
- 250ml of water
- 2 tbsp Canola oil
- Salt & pepper
- Chili flakes
- Golden Curry Japanese curry mix
- 1 White onion
- Chicken Breast
- Egg
- Flour
- Panko mix
Method
- Put the 2 tbsp of oil into heated pan
- Carmelize onion into the pan
- Put the cubes carrot and potato
- Sautee all ingredients
- Put 250ml of water and let it boil
- Put the golden curry mix and let the water absorb it
- Put the breaded mix chicken breast to another pan and fried it
- Cut the cooked fried chicken breast
- Now ready a bolw
- Put the curry sauce at the side and put the rice
- And add the cutted chicken breast at the top of hot rice and sauce
