Ingredients
- Chicken Breast , Panko crumbs, medium grain rice Olive oil
- Green cabbage Purple cabbage kewpie sesame dressing
- Kewpie Mayonnaise, Obento Tonkatsu dipping sauce Garnish with Sushi Ginger
Method
- Steam the rice and add a chicken stock Cut chicken breast thru the middle Drop in flour and put thru an egg wash then into the panko crumbs and then let rest in the fridge for a few minutes while the olive oil heats up.
- Thinly slice both the green and the purple cabbage into a mixing bowl then add the Kewpie sesame seeds dressing Small amounts at a time until you have enough right thru the mixture...( try not to over dress)
- Fry the chicken till golden brown then let drain Plate up the cabbage mixture and then cut the chicken into small slices next to the rice...Garnish with sushi ginger along with Kewpie mayonnaise and Obento TonKatzu Dipping sauce
