Ingredients
- 500g Chicken breast/mince or thigh
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 180g brown onion
- 500g frozen stir fry vegetables of choice
- 1 packet of Maggi Yaki Udon sauce
- 1 packet of Hakubaku organic udon noodles
- Coriander to serve
Method
- Cook chicken in sesame oil until cooked. Remove from pan. Add onion and cook until translucent.
- Add frozen stir fry vegetables to pan and cook until defrosted. Return chicken to pan and add Yaki Udon sauce.
- Cook udon noodles as per packet (8-10 mins in boiling water) drain and add to pan with chicken, vegetables and sauce.
- Stir together and serve with coriander.
