Chilli mushroom wrap ,rocket ,tomato and shaved carrot

1 Add drizzle of avocado oil to a hot pan add mushrooms chilli flakes one tablespoon of light salted butter once mushrooms have infused and taken on the flavours of the pan 2 grab your wrap and put on a plate start to dress I put down a nice dollop of that wonderful chilli sauce the rocket then the carrot , tomatoes and then top it off with that beautiful mushrooms
