Ingredients
- 600g King Prawns
- Chilli Crab Paste
- 150g Ketchup
- 2 Eggs
- 1tsp Soy Sauce
- 400ml Water
- 1tsp Corn Starch
- 1/4 tsp Kewpie Roasted Sesame
Method
- Devein raw prawns
- Combine chilli crab paste, soy sauce, ketchup, sesame sauce and water in a large wok. Bring mixture to heat
- Add prawns in and cook for 4mins til prawns are fully cooked.
- Add corn starch to thicken the gravy
- Beat eggs and add to dish, mixing in lightly
- Dish and dress with herbs of choice (e.g. coriander)
