Ingredients
- 500gm pork mince
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 tablespoon ginger finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- Fresh chilli seeded finely chopped
- 3 spring onions sliced
- 2 tablespoons hoi sin
- 2 tablespoons oystersauce
- 2 tablespoons ABC sweet soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- Bok choi storks chopped
- 1 medium carrot finely sliced
- a few snow peas halved
- 6 green beans cut 5cm lengths
- Hokkien noodles separated(packet fresh variety)
- 3 or 4 small mushrooms
Method
- Very hot wok add oil then garlic chilli ginger.Add pork mince break up lumps brown meat .Make sure wok is hot so meat doesn't weep.Place Hokkien noodle in boiled water let soak and separate with spoon
- Reduce heat once meat brown add celery carrots beans spring onions Bok choi mushrooms for a couple of minutes.Add hoi sin sweet soi chilli sauce stir well.
- Drain noodles and add to wok.Add snow peas Bok choi leaves sesame oil and stir well Serve in bowls at once
