Ingredients
- 600g Silken Tofu
- 1 tbs Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Chili Oil
- 1 tbs Dark Soy Sauce
- 1 tbs Light Soy Sauce
- 1 1/2 tbs Brown Sugar
- 1 tbs Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 Spring Onion + extra for garnish
- 1 tsp Sesame Seeds + extra for garnish
Method
- Drain liquid from tofu packet and carefully place on serving dish
- Combine all other ingredients and adjust to your liking
- Pour over tofu, add extra garnishes and enjoy
