Ingredients
- 250g Sour cream
- 2tbs mayonnaise
- 3 spring onions fine sliced
- Spring vegetable soup mix - dry
- Cob loaf
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 250g frozen spinach
Method
- Cut top off cob loaf and hollow out inner bread to make room for the dip.
- Fine chop water chestnuts, which add amazing crunch to do. Fine slice spring onions. Squeeze out all excess water from defrosted spinach. Then mix all ingredients together in one bowl. Once mixed transfer to the hollowed out cob loaf. Use bread removed when hollowing out to eat the dip & also loaf top and then gradually eat while loaf with the dip. It's a family favourite!!
