Ingredients
- 1kg beef (sitr fry)
- 1/2 cup of soy sauce, mirin and sake seasoning
- 1 onion chopped, 8 gloves of garlic-minced
- 1 beef cube, 3spooons cornstarch and cube butter
- 1/2 kg loose mushrooms
- 1/4 cup bulla thickened cream
- Black pepper and salt to taste
Method
- Marinate beef with soy sauce, sake and mirin for 30 mins. Best if refrigerate.
- In a hot pan sear your beef until it changes color remove from pan, keep the juice and set aside.
- In the same pan add your butter follwed by garlic and onions. Add your mushrooms cook until the moisture evaporates. Add your pre-cooked beef and beef cube. Then add cornstarch keef stirring until it becomes thick.(occasionally add a bit of water).
- Turn off the heat and add your cream, keep stiring until fully combined. Serve with rice and enjoy!
