Ingredients
- 250g Microwaveable Rice
- Ingham's Chicken Breast
- Kewpie Mayonaise
- Teiyaki Sauce
Method
- Cook 2 x chicken breast as per instructions (in air fryer at 200 Celsius for approx 16 minutes).
- Heat rice in microwave, 90 seconds.
- Add rice to bowl and stir in some teriyaki sauce.
- Chop chicken breast into small bite size pieces then place on top of rice.
- Drizzle with some teriyaki sauce and Kewpie mayonaise to finish.
