Ingredients
- 400gm Chicken tenders
- 10 small tortillas
- 1 packet of Mexican spice mix
- 200gm of lettuce
- 1 cup of Shredded cheese
- Sweet Chilli Sauce
- Kewpie mayo
- Tablespoon of oil
- 1 avocado
- 1 tomato
Method
- Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Coat chicken tenders in oil and sprinkle Mexican spice mix to coat. Lay chicken tenders onto a tray lined with baking paper and cook in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, shred the lettuce, dice the tomato and mashed the avocado.
- Once the tenders have cooked. Heat the tortillas in the microwave for 30 seconds. Assemble taco ingredients onto tortillas and drizzle with sweet chilli and kewpi mayo sauces.
