
Ingredients
- 500g chicken wings
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Potato starch
- Sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp water
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
Method
- Marinate chicken wings with fish sauce, salt, garlic and white pepper
- Coat chicken lightly with potato starch
- Heat pan on medium high heat with some oil and pan fried chicken on both sides until golden and remove
- Heat sauce ingredients until thickens
- Toss the chicken wings with the sauce, garnish and enjoy!
