Ingredients
- 300gm prawns – cleaned, deveined and pat dry1 spring onion - chopped6 slices of bread – cut off bread crust and then cut into quartersSmash prawns with side of cleaver and chop brieflyAdd following to the prawn pasteEgg white1 tabsp cornflour1 teasp sesamine oil1 tabsp fish sauce1 tabsp mirinA pinch of salt and pepper1 teasp sugar1 teasp sesamine seedsChopped spring onionStir to mix thoroughly and set asideDipping sauce2 cloves garlic – chopped finely3 tabsp tomato sauce2 tabsp kewpie spicy sauce1 tabsp olive oil1 tabsp sugar1 tabsp lime juice1 pinch of saltMix above thoroughlySet aside

- Spread prawn paste on one side of breadCover with another sliceRepeat until all is finishedPlace them in air fryerFry at 200C for 8 minsTurn over after 4 mins for even toastingRetrieve and garnish with chopped spring onion and chilli strips.Serve with dipping sauce
