Ingredients
- 1kg pork belly
- Salt and pepper
- Lee Kum Kee mushroom flavoured soy sauce
- 2 Carrots sliced
- 2 bunches Chinese Brocolli
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 Chili
- Steamed rice
- 2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 onion
Method
- Step1 Salt the pork belly and cook in oven 200 degrees for 2 hours .
- Place soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce , oyster sauce , garlic and onion and cook in wok. Add in remaining vegetables and stir fry in sauce until cooked.
- Cook the rice and serve with stir fried vegetables and cut pork.
