Ingredients
- 3 cups obento sushi rice 3 cups water125ml obento sushi seasoning
- Wasabi mayonnaise200g ocean trout1 small diced shallot1 table spoon baby capersChopped parsley2 table spoons kewpie mayonnaise Squeeze lemon juiceDash fish sauceSalt and pepper
- Wakame seaweed saladSalmon roe pearls
Method
- Wash obento sushi riceAdd sushi and water to pot Bring to boil, cover and turn down heatCook for 15min then take off stove (keep covered and rest for further 10min)Add obento sushi seasoning the press into flat tray. Cool completely. Cut and shallow fry.
- Dice and bake ocean trout for 5 min coolAdd shallot, capers, kewpie, lemon juice, fish sauce, salt and pepper to taste
- To plateLay fried sushi flatAdd a layer of wasabi mayonnaiseAdd ocean trout mixTop with wakame and salmon pearls Enjoy
