
Ingredients
- Coconut milk
- Thai green curry paste
- Velcom bamboo shoot slices
- Frozen veggie mix
- Firm tofu
- Hokkien Noodles
Method
- Fry tofu crispy in wok with oil
- Add bamboo and frozen veggie mix and let fry
- Add coconut milk and then green curry paste and bring to boil
- Add noodles and stir for one minute. DONE
