Ingredients
- Sushi rice
- Water
- Crumbed chicken fingers
- Sliced carrot batons
- Kewpie mayonnaise
- Rice vinegar
- Salt
- Sugar
- Nori sheets
Method
- Place one cup of rice and 1 1/2 cups of water in a microwave bowl. Cook on 80% power for 11 minutes.
- Place 8 chicken fingers on a tray in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Slice carrots into thin batons
- When rice is cooked add 1/3 cup rice vinegar, 1tsp sugar and 1/4 teaspoon of salt and stir through.
- Spread rice in a thin layer of nori. Place chicken, carrot and some mayonnaise along the rice.
- Tightly roll and seal with a little water on the edge of the nori.
