Ingredients
- 1 high protein, low GI wrap (you can choose your favourite)
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce or salad greens
- 4 slices capsicum - colour of your choice
- 2 tablespoons Valcom Water Chestnut Slices - sliced in thin strips
- 2 tablespoons shredded carrot
- 2 tablespoons shredded beetroot
- 1 tablespoon fresh or quick pickled Spanish onion
- Kewpie Mayonnaise for garnish
- Black and white sesame seeds for garnish
Method
- Shred lettuce or salad greens. Arrange on a wrap. Add the rest of the ingredients. You can sub in any vegetables or your choice. Garnish with shredded water chestnuts, sesame seeds and kewpie Mayo. Enjoy the healthy crunch!
