Ingredients
- 10 sausages
- Carrots garlic onion zucchini diced bacon 3 tblsps fruit chutney chicken stock Authentic Thai Yellow Curry Paste.
Method
- Sauté onion garlic carrots and zucchini in extra virgin olive oil add bacon
- Cook sausages until browned and set aside.
- Add chicken stock salt and pepper Curry sauce to pan and combine well with step 1.
- Cut sausages in half and add to pan with other ingredients.
- Simmer on low until all combined and cooked through.
